Semen Release: Please ask your customers to contact Hawkeye to follow up on all releases with instructions and payment for any shipping charges they are responsible for. We ask that buyers contact Hawkeye within 3 months of a release.
Transfer: Request a transfer If you know your customer wants their semen/embryo’s transferred to an existing inventory account at Hawkeye. Transfer fees are based on quantity $10+ and billed to the buyer.
Shipping Orders: These can be processed as soon as the shipping address had been verified and payment arrangements for shipping charges have been made.

Call us if the tank is not picked up within a week. The shipping of semen is at the risk of the recipient party. Hawkeye Breeders Service, Inc. and its affiliates does not accept any liability for any semen/embryos lost or damaged by the freight carrier or transport container failure after the shipment leaves our facility. In the unlikely event that any of our products shall be proven defective or mislabeled, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to production costs. |
